At Glow Edit, we're committed to getting your skincare and beauty essentials to you safely, securely and efficiently.

Shipping Rates

A flat-rate shipping fee of R89 applies to all orders under R450.

FREE Standard Shipping is available on all orders of R450 or more.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently use Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries within South Africa.

We offer Standard Shipping only.

Estimated delivery time is:

5–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or periods of high shipping volume.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Areas

Glow Edit currently ships within South Africa only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched through Aramex Store-to-Door, you will receive tracking information where available.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Glow Edit cannot be held responsible for delays, additional delivery charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Photographs of any damage, where applicable

We will work with Aramex to investigate the matter and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
